Maui Community Investigation Archives
Our independent Maui community investigation is rooted in the word forensic: The use of science and technology to investigate and establish facts in criminal or civil courts of law. Our Maui community are providing facts and observation, photos and videos. We are presently interviewing those who were in the fire zone , more is being added. Help us spread the word.
The Human Toll
The number of people who died in the fire that swept through Lahaina has dropped from 115 to 101. Maui Police Chief John Pelletier said 9/15 the number of missing now stands at 31, down from an initial high of over 3,000 people.
Fire Anomalies
Facts, pictures clear evidence cannot be ignored and raises questions. Why is steel and glass melted while plastic is untouched. Why are trees burnt from within while the outer bark and even the leaves are untouched? Why are vehicles totally melted while the other half is fine and houses nearby are fine?
Weather and Winds
A constant chant from the day of the fire, "Its Global Warming". Then why do actual temperature records since 1946 dispute those claims. Then they claim the cause for high winds was Hurricane Dora over 500 miles away. Small hurricanes like this one have high winds that extend up to 50 miles from the storm's epicenter. What is happening?
Fire Time Lines and Paths
There were at least 6 separate fires on August 8.
The Lahaina fire damaged or destroyed 2,207 structures; 86% of buildings exposed to the fire were classified as residential. and consumed 2,170 acres.
Infrastructure Failure
The extensive emergency sirens were silent. There was lack of water pressure to fight the fire. Residential hydrants were mostly dry. Cell phone service was down before the fire struck. The Hawaii Electric system was poorly maintained and downed lines and transformers sparked dry grass.
Response Efforts
Fire fighters were engaged in a raging fire in Kula some 40 miles away. They were spread thin and the Lahaina fire raged as a fireball. The police response was questionable. some citizen responses were outstanding.
Fire Escape
Many were fortunate to leave the fire safely, some were caught in the fire and escaped by driving around the police barrier, others end on front street to face the fury. Some died, some were picked up by boats, some were driven off by first responders
Fire Causes?
Is the cause global warming, Hurricane Dora, dry grass, infrastructure failure, human error, Hawaii Electric, Directed energy weapons? We are investigating, putting out the facts, it is up to you to use common sense.
Personal Testimonies
Residents who survived the fires have stories of forensic significance. We are recording testimonies that provide timelines and anomalies to consider.
Money and Politics
On July 17, Governor Green signed an emergency proclamation on housing, exempting developers from major land use, environmental, cultural protection. Federal money to Lahaina has strings attached.
Investigations
The state attorney general hired Underwriters Laboratories' FSRI, they joined the World Economic Forum in 2020 and are the same organization that helped produce the engineering report for the 9/11 tragedy in 2001. Can they be trusted?
Maui County is facing 16 separate law suits. The County is suing Hawaiian Electric. Class action suits are prevalent. Information is being withheld. This reinforces the need for the transparent public investigation and hearing we are seeking.
Land Grab and Smart Cities
There is significant speculation that the fire eliminated residents and small businesses for a land grab and the development of a smart city. This type of development is being promoted by the World Economic Forum.
Similar Global Fires
Over the past five years there are a growing number of fires with similar characteristics and anomalies, not seen before this period. It raises further questions that should be included in this Lahaina investigation. It also implies that this investigation can expose the truth affecting our global community.
